Here’s his former 308. There was an episode that profiled each host that showed him driving it but I can’t find a clip of it anywhere.

I have no idea who the guy was/is but his great taste is undeniable. I’d doubt he drove a Dangel though! And I really love the way he pronounces Peugeot !

A 505 and a 308. His tastes were impeccable. He was a longtime t.v. news reporter here on a show called 60 Minutes which has been on forever. He just retired a couple weeks ago after, like, 60 years and then died a week later. Interesting guy and I never knew how big a car lover he was. Jalopnik posted this last week and it’s really good. A segment he did on Lamborghini in 1987.
I imagine he had good connections. Maybe he did get to drive a Dangel.

Hey, another Lamborghini topic today ;-) Looks entertaining. Great voice!
Not sure if Dangel put Turbos in their cars but I see where you’re heading.

Ah, it’s Lambunday, I see. It is entertaining. And some great driving footage.
I guess his car had a turbo, so as far as he’s concerned, they all do. A turbo Dangel would be pretty sweet, so he was on to something.

I’d expect someone that well educated, at least he sounds that way, to pronounce “Peugeot” a bit more authentic. Pooh-gone, Vapoorizer, Poogeot!

Va-Poo-Rize. At least he doesn’t say “Pew-geot.” I think his way is kind of a New York accent. “Puh-geot.”

I know Pooh-bear. Lovely creature. I think Pooh-geot is the name of his mother.
